To speed things up, include the email address of your 4020 account, your device type (iPhone or Android) and what you see on screen.
On the app's sign-in screen, tap “Forgot your password”, then enter the email address of your account: we send you a reset link by email. If you are already signed in, the same request is available from the Profile tab, under “Security”. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder.
A program you paid for no longer shows up after a reinstall or on a new device? Sign in with the 4020 account you used to buy it, then tap “Restore purchases” in the Profile tab. The same action is available on a program's purchase page. Use the same App Store or Google Play account as the original payment.
Programs bought inside the app are one-off purchases: there is no subscription to cancel. Payment is collected by Apple or Google, so a refund request goes through your App Store or Google Play account. For an order placed on this website, write to us.
In the app: Profile tab, then “Delete my account permanently”. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — the account and its history cannot be restored. If you no longer have the app installed, you can make the same request from this website.

The 4020 app is available on the App Store and on Google Play. Your programs are tied to your 4020 account: sign in with the same email address to find them again on another device.
